By accessing and using the Envoia website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Envoia provides premium digital gallery services, cinematic content production, and brand development for established fine artists. Our services include website design, video production, and ongoing creative direction.
All content created by Envoia for clients remains the intellectual property of the respective artists. Envoia retains the right to use created content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms vary by service package. The Foundation package requires full payment upfront. The Studio Retainer is billed monthly in advance. The Digital Commission is based on sales as outlined in individual agreements.
Envoia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
